  I don't normally write reviews but I was really annoyed with USPS Forest Hill. I ordered Christmas Cards through Shutterfly and the expected delivery date was Dec. 15. Tracking information was provided and I frequently checked which it directed me to UPS website and it stated it was delivered to Forest Hill USPS. By Dec. 17 I called USPS and the man said even though I was directed to UPS website I needed to check USPS website (I did not have to do this with my other Shutterfly order which arrived on time). This website revealed my package was delivered Dec. 14 at 4:07 pm. Both my husband and I were home at the time and immediately went to retrieve the mail. No package was ever delivered. The man on the phone stated that gps information said the post lady scanned the package in front of my house (blatantly lying). I asked who will foot the bill since I will not receive my package, he informed me since there was no insurance there was nothing they could do. He stated he would call the next day to see if the post lady could recollect what happened but he never did. 2 days later my Shutterfly order appeared after the mail man delivered it (witnessed by me). The package had been opened and taped. Obviously they either did not deliver the package at all or delivered it to the wrong house. There have been numerous occasions where I have received the wrong mail and I have had to send it back. Highly disorganized and a dishonest worker. Disappointed in this location.
